Sanvello: Anxiety & Depression
Sanvello is a free and anonymous app that checks in with you once a day. There are multiple tools such as daily quotes, meditation activities, a Spotify playlist for guided relaxation, and questionnaires to assess your level of anxiety, stress, and depression.
You can enter mood updates weekly, keep track of health, set goals, journal thoughts, and more! The app includes Guided Journeys to help you feel better and become more motivated. You can set goals, log progress, and get “quick relief” in the moment if you find yourself stressed or overwhelmed. Mental and physical health influence each other a lot so improving your physical health and working off some stress can help your mental health!
